May Courses

STARTING LOCATION IS AT THE SOUTH SHORE

Ride distance:  11-12 miles.  Assuming no rain, trails are fast and dry.

Run distance:  5.5 - 6.5 miles.  This is a longer run than our prior two months, trying to make the running portion less of a 'sprint' and more of a distance run.
